Seayn Medical does not disclose personal information to persons or companies outside the Seayn Medical organization, except where:

• This is necessary in order to carry out an agreement between Seayn Medical and you

Your right of (partial) erasure of your information can be granted only if the retention of this information does not constitute a significant interest of other parties and the information need not be retained on the basis of a legal stipulation
• Right to object: the right in certain cases to object against the processing of your information
• Right to data portability: the right to receive your stored personal information in order to transmit it to another organization
• Right to human intervention in automated decision-making. In automated decision-making, the decision may be made with human intervention
